Most of the cryptocurrency invested by contributors to CrowdWiz during ICO has been recovered, and will be returned to current token holders.
CrowdWiz was a project started by Ilan Tzroya as part of Tradologic Solutions Ltd in 2017. At the moment there is a criminal case against Tradologic Solutions, Ltd and a conflict between shareholders of the company.
My name is Vlad Smirnov, and my company is one of shareholders of Tradologic Solutions, Ltd. I was in custody of cryptocurrency contributed to CrowdWiz during ICO. After a series of law suites against me by Micha Golod – the CEO of CrowdWiz and also one of defendants in the Tradologic criminal case, the courts ruled that neither my company nor I have any liability towards Micha or CrowdWiz.
I have also obtained a majority vote from the shareholders of Tradologic Solutions allowing me to distribute the crypto funds to current holders of WIZ tokens.
Hereby I am announcing the distribution of unspent ETH that was in my possession since the end of CrowdWiz ICO. The distribution is done through a smart contract launched on Dec 25th, 2020. The smart contract can be accessed at this URL:
https://etherscan.io/address/0x581779a782d77d8e7667bedd1f50dbf2f0d700b7
The unspent 1543 ETH was deposited to the contract and can be exchanged for your WIZ tokens at the rate of ~0.000273 ETH per token. This is done part of Round A distribution.
Instructions on how to get your ETH in Round A are published here.
Round B distribution will distribute the unclaimed ETH in Round B. This will take place somewhere between June 2021 and December 2022. I will announce the exact date of the Round B here in the blog and also telegram channel: @ t.me/CrowdwizRefund. The telegram community is a great support too.
